Description
The SPS requires the supplier to carry out a proof of concept (test of change) for a KIOSK Service at one of its operational establishments for a period of 6 months (from the point of installation). The supplier shall install, manage, evaluate and evidence the success of the KIOSK Service for further adoption of the technology. If successful, the SPS expects to carry out a separate procurement process for a full KIOSK service across all of its establishments.
Total Quantity or Scope
The SPS has commenced this procurement process in good faith and with the intention of awarding a contract. Following publication of the contract notice, an Invitation to Tender (ITT) including the European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) will be published by SPS and will be made available to bidders. Tender responses will then be evaluated by the SPS in accordance with the ITT.

Other Information
This KIOSK Service shall be a standalone service that shall test the suitability and functionality of the technology. At the end of the 6-month PoC the Purchaser shall determine whether further investment in this technology offers measurable benefits to users, its own staff and a return on investment. If the PoC generates positive outcomes, then the Purchaser intends to further invest in the development of this technology across its estate. This service will be procured under a separate contract as the overall requirements shall be more extensive than that of the PoC. The Purchaser expects to start this procurement shortly after the award of this contract to work with interested parties collaboratively in order for them to fully understand the existing system(s) the Purchaser operates and to share information/lessons learned from the PoC.
