The Covid-19 pandemic has had a devastating impact on care home visiting and interactivity with social care and health professionals in care homes. The Council require a system that enables personalised care of every resident particularly those living with dementia.

The system must meet the following Infection Prevention Fund conditions: • safe visiting: the system must provide information to families on activities, food and drink intake of their loved ones, the system will enable video calling; • limiting movements and cohorting: the system must support those who walk with purpose and should reduce hospital admissions for those with dementia and Alzheimer’s.
