Description

CHIC is procuring a 4-year framework for compliance services. There will be separate lots within the framework: • Lot 1:Water hygiene; • Lot 2:Asbestos management.

Lot Division

1 Water Hygiene

This is an open procedure procurement which is intended to provide CHIC Members (and future Members) with a framework of suppliers for water hygiene. To include: — legionella Control; — cleaning/disinfecting tanks; — removal/replacement of water tanks; — relining of tanks; — hoses, vales and dead ends/legs.
2 Asbestos Management

This is an open procedure procurement which is intended to provide CHIC Members (and future Members) with a framework of suppliers for asbestos management. To include: — removal supervision works; — emergency call-outs; — site visits and sample analysis; — surveys; — advice/consultancy.
