Description

We are looking for suppliers to review a series of existing websites and provide a tool kit that can by used to update content. Functional Requirements The supplier should: • Extract all MECC website resources • Undertake a professional review of the existing resources and determining whether they are still relevant and comply with the current practice of MECC implementation and delivery • Undertake a literature review for additional MECC resources to be added to the toolkit, including up to date case studies • Structure the content in the user-friendly way so that the number of "clicks" to find a resource are minimised • Include renewed case studies in the toolkit • Consider inclusion of resources from HEE West Midlands: Making Every Contact Count | West Midlands Learning (hee.nhs.uk) in the toolkit • Consider feedback from the Task and Finish Group. Performance Requirements The provider will be expected to: • Participate in monthly (or more frequent if required) meetings with HEE to report on the progress of the work; • Participate in meetings of the project team throughout the build stage and to respond to queries based on the timeline produced by the e-LfH Project Manager. Other Information

• The Supplier is expected to review comments to the written content from the Task and Finish Group members HEE will be liaising with, and to incorporate accepted changes to the final version before the handover to the e-Learning for Healthcare team. • The Supplier is expected to work with HEE until the MECC Toolkit has been signed off for launch. • The Supplier is asked to make references in the toolkit to the role MECC can play to the recovery from the pandemic and reducing health inequalities and signpost to relevant resources/case studies where they exist.
