Wiltshire Council have a requirement for services in respect of an upgrade programme of the Audio Visual technology and streaming and recording solutions. Site visits are available on request on 23rd November 2021. Details of how to book a place on this date for a site visit are included within the tender documentation. This requirement includes both supplies and services. This opportunity is listed as a supplies contract as the cost of the supplies form the main bulk of the contract.

Total Quantity or Scope

Wiltshire Council have a requirement for services in respect of an upgrade programme of the Audio Visual technology and streaming and recording solutions with the Council Chamber that support WC democratic meetings and events. The scope of this programme includes the replacement of technology, plus the provision of technology to be used in remote locations such as village halls and community centres, along with streaming and recording technology covering all locations. The programme covers the removal and disposal of old technology, the supply, installation and configuration of new technology, the on-going support and maintenance of this new technology, plus the provision and support of streaming and recording services. … Additional information: The main requirement for this contract is with specific reference to the Council Chamber. Information on an option in respect of a second room is shown above. The figure stated for total cost is to incorporate both of these rooms, which also includes a 4 year maintenance package for years 2, 3, 4, and 5 as detailed in the contract and associated tender documentation. ***Site visits are available on request on 23rd November 2021. Renewal Options

This contract is to be let for a term of 60 months (5 years) with the option to extend for any period up to 5 years. The total 5 year (60 months) extension term may be made of one or more time periods of 12 months each, not exceeding a combined total of 5 years (60 months).
