Description
The Tender is to establish a framework agreement for the supply of Pharmacy Homecare Delivery Services, which includes low, mid and high tech services. The agreement will be split into 5 lots: i. Lot 1 – Dispensing ii. Lot 2 – Dispensing and Delivery iii. Lot 3 – Virtual Ward iv. Lot 3A – Virtual Ward Community Hubs v. Lot 4 – High tech Homecare The duration of the Framework Agreement will be 4 years maximum, 2 years initial period, with the option to extend up to 24 months.

These terms include provisions requiring the payment by the supplier of an ABI management charge in consideration of the award of this framework agreement, the management and administration by HTE of the overall contract structure and associated documentation, as well as the requirement to submit regular management information to HTE.
