Description
Notting Hill Genesis (NHG) is looking to put in place four contracts for Heat Network Operation, Maintenance, Metering and Billing works. NHG are creating four lots across two work streams.
Lot Division

Other Information
The first lot will be for the Operation, Maintenance and Metering of our Heat Networks. Lot 1 will be divided into lot 1a and lot 1b in order to spread the work load of NHG heat networks across two suppliers. Suppliers are able to bid for both lots, but will only be able to win one of the lots. This is the same for the second lot Billing Systems. Lot 2 is divided into lot 2a and 2b for the different types of billing systems. Please note the estimated value has increased from the PIN notice due to some additional works being added to the specification. Full details of the works can be found in the tender documents. Further information on how the contracts will be awarded and the evaluation criteria can be found in the tender documents Full breakdown of the quality/price criteria can be found in the tender documents NHG have 36 Heat Networks across London, Essex and Suffolk, with the majority of the stock being within the Greater London area. NHG ‘s current proposed strategy is to award several contracts to suppliers across the four Lots. The contract will be divided into 2 lots for the different works/services. Lot 1 is for the Operation, Maintenance and Metering of the Heat Networks and Lot 2 is for the Billing of the Heat Networks. These two lots will then be subdivided into lots 1a/1b and 2a/2b for the different regions where the Heat Networks are located. T The contract duration for both lots will be up to 10 years (with an initial 5-year term, which can be extended by 1 period of 5 years). The Invitation to Tender (ITT) will be issued on the 30th January, with around 5.5 weeks allowed for bidders to respond. The procurement timetable cannot be extended due to internal timeframes. CONTRACT VALUE: The estimated value of £36M given in this Notice is based on NHG's current anticipated requirements and on the maximum potential length of any extensions.
