Description

The DHSC is commissioning pilots to test the feasibility and impact of different models of Culturally Appropriate Advocacy.

Total Quantity or Scope

This procurement will deliver Phase II pilots in culturally appropriate advocacy. It will further test the concept, delivery requirements and feasibility of locally delivered models of culturally competent Mental Health Act advocacy. The findings from these pilots will be used to inform future decisions about the commissioning of Culturally Appropriate Advocacy, as part of the implementation of wider Mental Health Act reform. The Authority intends to award three separate contracts for three pilots of culturally appropriate advocacy in three different geographical locations in England.The expected contract value is £1,500,000.00 exclusive of VAT.
