Description

The suite of TfL Professional Services Frameworks is TfL's and its Group Companies', Greater London Authority and its Functional Bodies and all London Boroughs, primary means of accessing professional services (engineering, planning and project management support, commercial etc) and expertise from the external supply chain. In line with its Commercial Strategy, TfL intends to move toward a Category Management approach for replacing the current Professional Services Framework 2. Fundamental to the success of the programme is ensuring that the intended users have access to the necessary technical and specialist skills and services to meet their requirements. The vision for the new suite of Frameworks includes higher service provision, reduced costs and greater value for money based on key strategic objectives. There will be a suite of Professional Services Frameworks 3 that will include services in the following Categories (but this is not limited too): 1) Commercial Services. 2) Project and Programme Management Services. 2) Transport Planning and Impact Monitoring Services. 3)Environmental and Health Services. 3) Engineering Consultancy Services The first two Frameworks (Project and Programme Management and Commercial Services) will be released in the Spring of 2024. The Transport Planning and Impact Monitoring and Environmental & Health Services will be released in the Summer of 2024. Engineering Consultancy will be released in the Autumn/Winter of 2024. The framework content is provisional and may be subject to change.

The Contracting Authority intends to use an e-tendering portal (SAP Ariba) in this procurement exercise. The full contract notice will be published requesting pre-qualification responses in the form of a questionnaire, via an e-tendering portal. Suppliers must monitor FTS to receive further instructions. This is a NIL Value Framework.
