Description

The Council is seeking to gauge market interest in a series of housing delivery proposals, to be brought forward for procurement early in 2024, and to consider any alternative delivery proposals put forward by the market. Current proposals comprise 16 separate sites, spanning seven procurement lots, and with potential to deliver upward of 200 new homes.
