Description

The provision of Construction services for new build, extensions and refurbishment with associated works for Schools and community buildings. New build, extensions and associated works with a supported design service. This framework can be used by any public sector body or organisation subject to Public Procurement Regulations throughout England including but not limited to Local Authorities, Education Authorities, Further Education Authorities, Academies, Police Authorities, Fire Authorities, Public Health Authorities, NHS trusts, Tenant Management Organisations and Registered Providers of social housing. LHC Clients are required to consider community benefits on each and every contract. Tenderers must be aware that LHC Clients may add community benefit requirements at call off stage.

Legal Justification

Covid-19 has caused a delay in LHC’s planned retendering procedure for SCB2 — Schools and Community Buildings framework agreement, due to terminate on 30 June 2021. This does not give LHC sufficient time to re-procure the renamed PB3 Public Buildings Construction and Infrastructure framework agreement prior to 30 June 2021. We have extended the duration by ?? months to maintain service to customers.
