Legal Justification

Covid-19 has caused a delay in LHC’s planned retendering procedure for SCB2 — Schools and Community Buildings framework agreement, due to terminate on 30 June 2021. This does not give LHC sufficient time to re-procure the renamed PB3 Public Buildings Construction and Infrastructure framework agreement prior to 30 June 2021. We have extended the duration by 3 months to maintain service to customers. The revised termination date will be 30 September 2021

The framework is available for all contracting authorities as defined by the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 including local authorities, registered providers, schools, academies, colleges, universities, health authorities, councils, boards and trusts, police, fire and rescue services, and non-departmental public bodies.
