Legal Justification
Covid-19 has caused a delay in LHC’s planned retendering procedure for SCB2 — Schools and Community Buildings framework agreement, due to terminate on 30 June 2021. This does not give LHC sufficient time to re-procure the renamed PB3 Public Buildings Construction and Infrastructure framework agreement prior to 30 June 2021. We have extended the duration by 3 months to maintain service to customers. The revised termination date will be 30 September 2021.
