Notice of abandonment of procurement. In accordance with Regulation 75 (1) Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016 we advise you that we no longer intend to continue with this competitive procurement process commenced by the OJEU Notice dispatched 14 November 2019 for the following reasons: Scottish Power has recently become aware of an inconsistency between certain requirements of the PQQ and ITT. In light of the obligations upon Scottish Power, it considers it appropriate, and compliant with principles of proportionality, equal treatment and transparency, to exercise its discretion, in accordance with its tender documents, not to proceed to contract award and to abandon this process. Please note that Scottish Power intends to commence a new procurement process for these services. You should contact us if you would like further information about this new process.

Total Quantity or Scope

Provision of Emergency and Temporary Security Systems as required across any of its sites in the ScottishPower portfolio in the UK and Ireland. This will relate to any of the sites including but not limited to offices, depots compounds and vacant premises. In addition, substations new and requiring additional security systems during upgrades windfarms solar farms battery storage sites construction sites and brown field sites. The chosen supply partner will be required to deploy a rapid response to urgent requests within 4 hours. Also providing a temporary security solution for operational needs by Surveying, Installing and providing all equipment for use as required in any of the UK and Irish locations. Once equipment is deployed the supply partner will then be required to maintain and monitor the system on a twenty-four-hour seven day a week basis whilst it is in operation
