Further details of specific requirements are provided within the Tender Documents and Annexes. The supplier will be responsible for managing and delivering the specified services at the different premises in a flexible and responsive way. The values stated are an estimate. Option to extend for additional 24 months. The contractor’s performance on this contract will be managed as per specification and regularly monitored see Procurement Guidance. Note 01/12 contract. Contractors not delivering on contract requirements is a serious matter. It means the public purse is not getting what it is paying for. If a contractor fails to reach satisfactory levels of contract performance they will be given a specified time to improve. If, after the specified time, they still fail to reach satisfactory levels of contract performance, the matter will be escalated to senior management in Construction Procurement Delivery (CPD) for further action. If this occurs and their performance still does not improve to satisfactory levels within the specified period, it may be regarded as an act of grave professional misconduct and they may be issued with a notice of unsatisfactory performance and the contract may be terminated. The issue of a notice of unsatisfactory performance will result in the contractor being excluded from all procurement competitions being undertaken by Centres of procurement expertise on behalf of bodies covered by the Northern Ireland Procurement Policy for a period of 12 months from the date of issue of the certificate. The authority expressly reserved the rights: (i) not to award any contract as a result of the procurement process commenced by. publication of this notice; (ii) to make whatever changes it may see fit to the content and structure of the tendering competition; and in no circumstances will the authority be liable for any costs incurred by candidates; (iii) to award (a) contract(s) in respect of any part(s) of the (services) covered by this notice; and (iv) to award contract(s) in stages and in no circumstances will the authority be liable for any costs incurred by candidates. This procurement established a contract agreement to provide postal services to public sector. organisations in Northern Ireland. A Contract award notice was published for this competition on 23/3/21 reference number 2021/S 057-145373. The Total Value published on the Contract Award Notice was incorrect. The Contract Award Notice stated a value of £7,967,561.01. This was the evaluation value. The whole life cost of the contract including all options is £30,000,000.00 as stated on Contract Notice 2020-OJS248-619181-en. The purpose of this Contract award notice is to correct this value.
