Description

The services to be delivered will support residential and non-residential building projects from site find, survey and feasibility through to design, project management and completion. The primary consultancy services are as follows: (a) architect; (b) structural engineers; (c) civil engineer services; (d) building services engineer; (e) quantity surveying; (f) clerk of works services; (g) health and safety advisors. The optional consultancy services are as follows: (h) project management; (i) employers agent; (j) contract administrator; (k) principle designer duties.

Legal Justification

Framework Agreement requires to be extended due to delays in the re-procurement of the next iteration of the consultancy framework. LHC/SWPA have clients that have projects registered under this framework which due to unforeseen delays have not yet been completed and will not be completed by the expiry of the framework. Therefore to ensure the framework is still maintained whilst the existing call off procedures are completed LHC/SWPA will be extending the framework by 5 months.
