Legal Justification

Framework Agreement requires to be extended due to delays in the re-procurement of the next iteration of the consultancy framework. LHC/WPA have clients that have projects registered under this framework which due to unforeseen delays have not yet been completed and will not be completed by the expiry of the framework. Therefore to ensure the framework is still maintained whilst the existing call off procedures are completed LHC/WPA will be extending the framework by 5 months.
